Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Talent Management leader to own the design and evolution of global programs. You will drive end-to-end strategy, enable change management, and leverage HR technology for impact. You will roll out initiatives globally, train regional teams, and measure program success with defined KPIs.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in HR with 5+ focused on Talent Management, strong analytics, and experience with matrixed, international teams. PMP and HRIS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience; 5+ years in Talent Management leading programs.
• Experience driving talent strategy for large organizations in product/creative/technical fields.
• Strong PM/Program management for multiple medium-to-large projects.
• Data analytics to assess program effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Experience with matrixed, global teams and stakeholders.
• Master's degree in related field.
• Certification PMP.
• Experience with HRIS/Talent Management systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Experience with change management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and evolution of global talent programs.
• Manage lifecycle from conceptualization to continuous improvement.
• Oversee global rollout and adoption with training and advisory support.
• Establish governance, define KPIs, and analyze data for optimization.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
