Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking an HR Systems & Projects Manager in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role combines SAP SuccessFactors administration, ADP system management, and cross-functional project leadership to optimize HR processes and data integrity.

You will partner with client HR teams, lead system implementations, and drive process improvements across North America. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of HRIS/HR technology experience, expertise in SuccessFactors PM/GM modules, and strong

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Technology with ownership of enterprise HR systems
Experience as a SuccessFactors administrator with ownership of multiple modules (PM/GM)

Responsibilities

HR Systems Ownership & Administration for SAP SuccessFactors across North American entities
Act as North American liaison to client for SuccessFactors topics, enhancements and governance
Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and user assistance
Manage role-based permissions, security roles, and access controls
Maintain company structure, legal entities, positions, job codes, competencies and support org changes
Own HR reporting and presentations, including Monthly/ad-hoc/Executive reporting and KPI dashboards
Manage and support HR Shared Services Coordinator onboarding, invoice processing, POs, accruals, background checks and compliance
Oversee integration between ADP, SuccessFactors and The Work Number (onboarding, data changes, terminations)
Direct project management for HR-led initiatives including system implementations and process improvements
Budget and timeline tracking of project deliverables and escalation of issues/risks
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Controlling and client in deployed projects
Lead source-to-pay activities including RFPs, vendor selection, contract/SO review, POs and invoicing
