Job summary

Socomec Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals, manage lifecycle processes, and coach managers.

Based in Suwanee, GA, the HRBP will lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, engagement, and compliance, and collaborate with HR teams in France and North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of broad HR experience in the US/Canada.
• Significant experience supporting diverse, international teams.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR processes across the employee lifecycle and compliance initiatives.
• Coach managers on performance, talent reviews, and compensation.
• Mediate employee relations issues and promote workplace harmony.
• Drive employee engagement, learning, and development programs.
• Collaborate with HR partners across regions and HRIS teams.
• Support HR projects like job grading and payroll systems.
