Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Partner to collaborate with COEs and HR Business Leaders, delivering high-touch support across the business.

You will partner with managers to foster a positive environment aligned with Intuitive's values and provide expert coaching to leadership. You will drive recurring HR programs, manage projects end-to-end, and leverage data to identify trends and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources in a Commercial environment.
• 8+ years in client-facing HR roles.
• 8+ years in HR/COE roles with COE interventions.
• 5+ years in global, distributed work environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business or HR-related field.
• SHRM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with COEs and HRBLS to provide high-touch, face-to-face HR support.
• Lead delivery of recurring HR services and core processes.
• Coach senior management and employees to drive a high-performance culture.
• Build manager capability through training and facilitation across regions.
• Provide guidance on merit, performance reviews, talent planning and development.
