This Sr Compensation Partner role partners with HR and business leaders to translate priorities into practical, market-informed compensation strategies for assigned client groups, including Manufacturing, Future Forward, and the Chief Medical Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of compensation, Total Rewards, HR, or business advisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of market pay practices, internal equity, governance, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop compensation solutions aligned with business priorities and talent strategy.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses, recommendations, and decision materials.
• Design and scale compensation programs, processes, and frameworks for complex needs.
• Advise HR and business leaders across client groups on compensation matters.
• Monitor market practices and provide guidance on base pay, variable pay, equity, and organizational design.
