Job summary

POP MART, a global pop culture company, is hiring for an HR Services & Operations role in California. You will own global mobility, manage employee lifecycle changes in Workday, and oversee time and attendance across North America and Latin America.

The role requires strong data accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with complex HR processes. You will partner with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to support relocations, visas, and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 5+ years in HR operations, HR administration, or HR shared services.
• Hands-on experience managing lifecycle transactions in Workday.
• Experience supporting global mobility, relocation, or immigration processes.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data review and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mobility and relocation cases, including international assignments and cross-border transfers.
• Own processing of employee lifecycle changes in Workday and ensure payroll deadlines reflect updates.
• Oversee time and attendance across the region, including overtime and timekeeping compliance.
• Lead or support cross-functional HR initiatives such as system enhancements or policy rollouts.
• Ensure HR operations compliance across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
• Identify gaps in lifecycle processes and drive improvements to smooth the employee experience.
