Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Senior HR Operations specialist to join our Global HR Operations team in Israel. The role drives process excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across HR processes, partnering with HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Shared Services.

You will handle onboarding, lifecycle changes, and data governance to scale HR services globally. The ideal candidate combines HR operations expertise with a data-driven, tech-enabled mindset, leveraging AI and analytics

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations or shared services within global orgs.
• Strong process improvement, governance, and data-quality skills.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems.
• Experience with case management/ticketing platforms like ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop SOPs, governance controls, and operational playbooks.
• Manage onboarding, job changes, mobility, compensation changes, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT to optimize workflows.
• Monitor SLA performance and enhance employee experience via data insights.
