Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Manager, Global People Experience (HR) Operations to build and optimize a scalable operating model. You will partner with the VP, Global Total Rewards and regional leaders to align globally while respecting regional needs, guiding Oracle HCM Cloud adoption, and driving AI-enabled HR innovations.

This role spans the Americas and collaborates across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure trusted data and excellent employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Experience.
• Experience scaling HR Operations in high-growth environments with 4,000+ employees.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and data governance.
• Ability to collaborate across global regions and functions.
