Job summary

Usercentrics is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead a global team. You will own HRIS governance, data integrity, and payroll compliance across hubs, with a focus on Germany and international labour law. Hybrid work model and cross-functional collaboration with finance and leadership are essential.

The role requires strong project management, analytics, and stakeholder communication, with fluency in English plus German or Portuguese.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR operations in a global environment.
• 1–3 years in supervision/management.
• Strong HRIS, payroll systems, and data analytics experience.
• Deep knowledge of German labour law and international compliance.
• Fluency in English and German or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR operations team.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity and reporting.
• Direct German payroll and compliance across hubs.
• Coordinate payroll vendors and external entities as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and HR project delivery.
• Partner with finance on budgets and headcount.
