Zusammenfassung

G-P, a global employment platform leader, seeks a Sr HR Associate for its Regional Shared Service Centre. You will support back-end HR, payroll and legal service providers for our international entities with a focus on EMEA exposure. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract with GMT hours, ideally starting immediately.

You will handle onboarding, data management, contracts and benefits, while ensuring accurate payroll data and policy compliance across multiple countries.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of HR operations experience.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Knowledge of labor law in the EMEA region.

Aufgaben

• Manage onboarding and data for professionals.
• Prepare HR contracts and amendments, policies, benefits enrollment.
• Maintain employee records in the proprietary platform.
• Administer benefits with broker/insurer for professionals.
• Provide payroll data and coordinate with payroll team.
• Audit HR data changes to ensure timely payments.
• Improve HR processes and update SOPs.
• Communicate with professionals and customers via email and other channels.
• Ensure SLA/SOP compliance in service delivery.
• Coordinate with GP partners/vendors and internal teams.
• Be first point of contact during onboarding and offboarding.
