Remote is hiring a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions. You will manage exits for external employees across jurisdictions, ensuring legal compliance and high-quality service, while guiding clients on HR matters from terminations to transfers.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with lifecycle exposure.
• Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and legal compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Business-level English, additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across jurisdictions with a focus on compliance and customer delight.
• Provide HR guidance on termination, resignation, transfers, and related processes.
• Lead meetings with clients and employees, including separations and settlements.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and benefits to ensure compliant offboarding.
