Job summary

Kraft Heinz seeks a Lead, HR Manager, WHQ People & Performance to drive global HRBP partnerships across 230 employees in 20 countries. Hybrid role with three days weekly in Chicago.

You will advise top leaders, shape people strategies, and oversee talent development across five hubs including the US, Canada, Netherlands, UK, and India. You will lead two Senior Analysts, partner across the P&P network, and steer initiatives to enhance leadership, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strategic HR Business Partner with global, matrixed environment exposure.
• Experience advising, coaching, and influencing executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute P&P strategies for a global employee population across multiple regions.
• Advise four to eight executive leaders and lead talent initiatives.
• Oversee global talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee engagement.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to align global HR practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
