Job summary

QT9 Software is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead people strategy, workforce planning, and HR operations in Aurora, IL. You will partner with leadership to design staffing plans, organizational structure, and career paths that align with QT9’s business goals.

You will own performance management, onboarding, recruiting, compensation coordination, and HR analytics, ensuring compliant processes across U.S. locations and supporting international teams as QT9 expands.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
At least seven years of progressive HR experience, including ownership of broad HR responsibilities in a growing organization.
Active SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.

Responsibilities

Lead People Strategy and Workforce Planning to support QT9’s business goals.
Provide guidance on performance, workplace concerns, and employee development.
Oversee recruiting across roles and build consistent onboarding with clear 30/60/90 day plans.
Own a performance management process with meaningful goals and regular reviews.
Coordinate compensation benchmarking, salary ranges, and annual pay planning; manage benefits administration.
Oversee HR operations, compliance across locations, and records management.
Improve HRIS, applicant tracking, and reporting; collaborate with IT for data security.
Gather employee feedback and drive improvements in communication and employee experience across offices.
