Job summary

Adient in Riverside, MO is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations, administer benefits, maintain personnel records, and enforce plant policies. You will work with salaried and hourly employees, answering questions and helping develop capabilities in line with company goals.

Candidates should have a Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent and at least three years in a similar role, with knowledge of Kronos, Access, Lotus Notes, PeopleSoft, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Leadership abilities and direction must be provided effectively.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a similar position and a sound knowledge of personnel systems.
• Knowledge of Kronos, Access, Lotus Notes & PeopleSoft.
• Experience with Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and employee relations as directed by HR Manager.
• Maintain personnel records and comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Administer benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries.
• Coordinate training, safety programs, and policy updates.
• Prepare affirmative action reports and other HR reports as required.
