Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking an HR Generalist, enabling functions to deliver HR services across employee relations, compensation, talent management, benefits, payroll, staff development and recruiting.

You will partner with the HR Manager, Global Legal and the HR Manager, Global Finance and Office of Investments to ensure accurate, timely HR processes and policies. The role reports to the HR Director and emphasizes operational support, data entry, onboarding, reporting and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years HR related work experience.
• Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management.
• Experience in database management, reporting, data input and analysis.
• Experience working with MS Office software and HR information systems.
