Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks an HR Generalist, Enabling Functions, to provide HR services across employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, staffing and development, and to support reporting and analytics. You will partner with HR leaders to ensure accurate, timely execution of HR processes in a multi-functional setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years HR related work experience.
• Experience responding to HR related questions from employees/management.
• Experience in database management, reporting, data input, manipulation and analysis.
• Experience working with MS Office, HR information systems and analytics tools.
