Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking an HR Specialist III who will provide expert HR services across multiple functions including employee relations, compensation, and talent management. You will administer HR systems and support staff through data requests, reports, and training initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of HR experience, and are proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms. Travel within the USA and globally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, minimum 5 years HR work experience in area(s) of specialization or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating and leading projects; responding to HR data requests from employees/management.
• Experience with database management, spreadsheet software, reporting, data input, manipulation, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR services in employee relations, compensation, talent management, benefits, payroll, staff development and training.
• Administer and maintain HR systems, programs, procedures, and plans according to HR policies.
• Assist all levels of personnel on HR data related issues and requests.
