Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is hiring an HR Specialist III to deliver comprehensive HR services, including employee relations, compensation, talent management, benefits, payroll, development and recruiting. The role involves administering HR systems, policies, and data requests with a high level of expertise.

The position requires coordinating projects, strong data analysis, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years HR work experience in area(s) of specialization or equivalent combination.
• Experience coordinating and leading projects.
• Experience responding to HR related questions, problems and data information requests from employees/management.
• Experience the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing, and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.
• Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with integrated Human Resources Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR services across employee relations, compensation, talent management, benefits, payroll, staff development and training.
• Administer and maintain HR systems, programs, procedures, and plans in line with HR policies.
• Assist all levels of personnel with HR data related issues and requests.
• Generate and analyze HR reports; support data-driven decision making.
