Job summary

Setna is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our on-site Headquarters team. You will bridge employees, managers, and HR Centers of Excellence, ensuring programs, policies, payroll activities, and processes are compliant, human-centered, and aligned with Setna culture.

You’ll manage recruiting, onboarding, lifecycle events, benefits, and payroll coordination while partnering with global HR teams to deliver consistent services across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a shared services or matrixed environment.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within regulated technical environments (MRO/aerospace).
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Paylocity HRIS and payroll functionality; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely HR support.
• Partner with Global HR teams to deliver consistent services across the organization.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes (recruiting, onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding).
• Support benefits administration, leave management, and payroll coordination with centralized HR ops.
• Support payroll activities including timekeeping review, data changes, reporting, and corrections.
