Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR operations across onboarding, benefits, data management, compliance, reporting, and policy support. This hands-on role interacts with employees and managers to ensure accurate, timely HR processes across the employment lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in HR, strong HRIS knowledge (Workday/UKG preferred), and excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on driving a positive workplace culture and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or HCI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HR data, policies, and processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records in systems with data integrity.
• Generate and interpret HR reports and metrics for leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding, benefits enrollment, and new hire orientation.
• Manage offboarding, benefits reconciliation, and exit logistics.
• Support compliance with regulations and policy reviews.
• Assist with international mobility, relocations, and visa processes.
