Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks an Operations Manager for Glendale, WI to lead our manufacturing facility with full site accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

You will drive Lean and Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS), build a high-performing team, and translate divisional strategy into disciplined execution while delivering strong SQDCG results and continuous improvement across functions including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, EH&S, Finance, and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ years manufacturing or operations experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership in industrial manufacturing.
• Senior plant-level leadership with full site accountability.
• Experience leading operational improvement and change initiatives.
• Industrial/metal products manufacturing experience preferred.
• High-mix / low-volume experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, facilities, planning, purchasing, materials management, and supply chain.
• Provide hands-on leadership to cross-functional teams including production, quality, EH&S, finance, and HR.
• Establish performance expectations, operating rhythms, and accountability.
• Drive Lean, RBS, and continuous improvement with structured problem solving.
• Translate division priorities into site-level plans with clear KPIs.
• Develop and sustain a high-performance leadership team and culture.
