Job summary

The candidate will oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, training, engagement, and retention, while developing standardized HR policies and compliant programs across the organization.

Key Responsbilities:

• Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, training, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and standardize HR policies, programs, and processes while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws.
• Manage compensation, benefits, HRIS, organizational development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree required, PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification is preferred
• At least 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a management/leadership role.
• At least 3+ years of multi-site HR leadership experience; Canada/Mexico experience preferred.
• Automotive manufacturing HR experience strongly preferred, particularly within a Tier I or Tier II supplier.
• Strong business acumen with proven experience recruiting manufacturing talent and developing succession plans.
