You will lead HR functions, partner with plant management, and ensure compliance with US laws, payroll, and safety programs.

Experience in a manufacturing setting and the ability to drive engagement and outcomes is essential. Salary range $105,000–$120,000 with annual review and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and professional HR designation required.
• 5+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in a matrix/global organization environment.
• Payroll knowledge and HRIS familiarity are assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR function and site HR operations at Chattanooga plant.
• Partner with plant management to meet business objectives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with US laws and EEOC considerations.
