Job summary

Motion Industries seeks an experienced Data Management & Reporting Manager to govern workforce data within Workday, ensure data integrity, and support regulatory and operational HR reporting. The role collaborates with HR Operations Service Delivery, People Systems, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and Centers of Excellence to maintain accurate organizational structures and reporting data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
7+ years of experience in HR data management, HRIS, workforce reporting or related disciplines.
Experience maintaining organizational structures and workforce data in Workday or similar HR systems.
Experience executing mass data transactions, data loads, data conversions, and workforce data management.
Experience developing and maintaining operational and compliance reporting.
Experience supporting regulatory, audit, or workforce compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

Own workforce data governance processes and foundational organizational structures within Workday.
Execute workforce data corrections, mass updates, conversions, and data uploads using Workday EIBs and data management tools.
Lead data strategy and execution supporting enterprise initiatives requiring workforce data management.
Ensure changes reflected across Workday and related processes with controls and QA.
Partner with People Systems groups to troubleshoot data and structural issues.
