• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• 2+ years as HR business partner to select client groups (technical teams preferred).
• Experience managing employee relations cases and leaves of absence with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee relations and coaching for a client group.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliant transitions across global time zones.
• Manage payroll coordination with external consultants for US and international sites.
• Co-lead culture, engagement, and performance-cycle programs with the HR team.
