Job summary

Fieldpiece, a privately held HVACR leader, seeks a Vice President of Human Resources to elevate talent, culture, and organizational capability. Reporting to the CEO, this hands-on executive role will lead HR initiatives across the US, EMEA, and Australia while building a high-performance culture rooted in humility and accountability.

You will lead a small HR team, drive leadership development, workforce planning, total rewards, and global HR operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred in HR or related field.
8–10+ years of senior HR experience, with at least 3 years on an executive team at VP level or higher.
Experience leading HR operations across multiple regions (North America, Europe, Australia).

Responsibilities

Lead HR strategy in partnership with the CEO and executive leadership.
Direct HR team: employee relations, learning and development, total rewards, compliance.
Drive organizational design, change management and culture initiatives.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
