Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to support the Access, Visibility, and Experience function. You will work closely with Global HR leaders to drive HR programs and CRG initiatives, ensuring smooth operations across the HR landscape.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data management, and strong collaboration with colleagues, customers, and guests in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience, including 1 year of Human Resources experience (preferably in a corporate environment).
• Associates degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for HR Leadership, coordinating complex schedules and meetings including CRG programs and global sessions.
• Plan and execute Colleague Resource Group initiatives and HR programs with HR leaders.
• Handle expense reporting, invoices, and financial coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Maintain organizational data and provide admin support for HyattConnect and ServiceNow; track and resolve requests.
• Review workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements for productivity.
