Job summary

Stats Perform is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR activities across a global organization. You will partner with HRBPs, managers, and employees to deliver timely guidance and administer HR processes.

The role provides exposure to employment laws in the United States and other regions, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, and other People functions to ensure a consistent employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating HR activities across a global workforce.
• Ability to guide routine HR matters and support employees and managers.
• Understanding of employment laws and compliance in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers on routine HR matters.
• Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and People Team colleagues.
• Support HRBPs with employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
