Job summary

NextStep Recruiting and a high-growth technology and communications organization seek an experienced Director of Human Resources – Global Compensation & HR Operations to lead HR strategy, compensation programs, and HR systems on a global scale. The role reports to the VP of HR and oversees multiple HR functions across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 3+ years of senior HR leadership experience overseeing multiple HR functions.
• Significant experience designing and managing compensation and total rewards programs.
• Experience developing salary structures, salary bands, market pricing, and variable incentive programs.
• Advanced Paycom experience and HR analytics capabilities.
• Experience supporting multi-state and international workforces.
• Strong executive communication and business-partnering skills.
• Ability to work onsite four days per week in Eastern Dallas County.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of HR to align HR priorities with organizational objectives.
• Lead and develop HR functions and their managers.
• Set goals, metrics, accountability, and development plans across HR teams.
• Provide leadership during growth and change.
• Collaborate with leaders on workforce strategy and prioritization.
• Lead compensation programs across multiple countries; design salary structures.
• Manage market pricing, benchmarking, and base/variable pay programs.
• Oversee Paycom utilization and HR systems optimization.
• Develop workforce analytics and executive HR reporting.
• Improve cross-border payroll processes and HR operations.
• Plan talent acquisition and workforce planning for technical and leadership roles.
• Ensure scalable HR processes as the organization grows.
