Swagelok is seeking a Business Communications Manager for HR to develop and execute global HR communications aligned with our core values. You will partner with executive and HR leaders, craft benefit and compensation messaging, and drive engagement across internal audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in corporate communications, including HR/Total Rewards partnerships.
• Proven ability to lead development and execution of clear, measurable communications strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal HR stakeholders to align communications with business strategy.
• Create strategies, message maps and programs to explain benefits, compensation and HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to inform, engage and drive action.
• Ensure consistent tone and branding across HR communications per editorial guidelines.
• Monitor effectiveness of HR communications using internal metrics and insights.
• Support editorial planning and provide content for leadership messages and town halls.
• Manage external vendors, scope, quotes, and budget to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Stay current on HR comms trends to improve effectiveness of comms strategies.
• Assist leadership and finance with budget creation and allocations.
