Job summary

Gentherm in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to corporate functions and provide HR leadership at the Corporate Headquarters. The role focuses on talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance.

Approximately 75% of the role involves HRBP duties with the C-suite and senior leaders, while 25% supports employee experience and HR operations at Corporate Headquarters.

Qualifications

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and talent development.
• Lead execution of core HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, annual compensation planning, and workforce planning.
• Leverage workforce data and insights to identify trends and drive actions that improve engagement, retention, and organizational performance.
• Support organizational design, change management, and business transformation initiatives.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, benefits, learning and development, and other HR initiatives.
• Foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing culture across assigned client groups.
• Provide HR leadership and support for Corporate Headquarters, including employee engagement initiatives, policy guidance, and site-specific HR needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.
