Impact and Opportunity
The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to assigned Corporate Functions while providing HR leadership and support for Gentherm's Corporate Headquarters. This role partners closely with executive leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to drive talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance.
Operating within a global, matrixed environment, the Senior Manager HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, supporting organizational growth through talent management, change leadership, and execution of key HR programs. Approximately 75% of the role is focused on HR Business Partner responsibilities working closely with the C‑Suite and senior leaders and 25% on supporting the employee experience and HR operations at Corporate Headquarters.
