Job summary

Gentherm is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner in Novi, MI. You will serve as a strategic partner to corporate functions, guiding talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement with C-suite collaboration.

In a global matrix environment, you will lead HR programs, drive workforce planning, performance reviews, succession planning, and leader coaching while ensuring compliant, inclusive practices at Gentherm's Corporate Headquarters.

Qualifications

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, organizational effectiveness and performance.
• Lead core HR processes including performance mgmt, succession, and workforce planning.
• Use data and insights to drive engagement, retention, and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HRBP for assigned corporate functions and executives.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to drive talent acquisition and development initiatives.
• Lead organizational design, change management, and business transformation efforts.
• Manage headcount, turnover, budget reporting and KPI tracking.
• Foster an engaging, inclusive, high-performing culture at Corporate Headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws across the organization.
