Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Global Markets Team. You will drive cross-functional initiatives across demand, supply, and regulatory surfaces and report to the Director, Programs and Business Operations.

You will align teams, define problems, execute end-to-end solutions, and present data-driven insights to regional leadership. A minimum of 10+ years in analytics, PM, and data modeling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of work experience in data modeling, analytics and project management.
• Bias to action with ability to own a project from conception through post-mortem.
• Ability to create clarity from uncertainty and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Align all functions to achieve regional business objectives with the Director.
• Own the conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Drive regular business operation meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives stay on track.
• Analyze macro and micro trends using internal and external data sources, presenting insights to leadership.
• Own the performance narrative for key metrics and report to senior leaders in regular reviews.
