Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Pharma Industry experience with 4+ years in HEOR roles and at least 2 years with patient-relevant outcomes research
• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health services research, pharmacy, or related discipline
• Strong understanding of market access, value and global HTA frameworks
• Experience supporting development and execution of patient-relevant outcomes strategies to meet payer/HTA requirements
• Prior experience contributing to evaluation, development, and validation of PRO measures for regulatory, payer, HTA decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution and communication of payer evidence strategies aligned with brand and Value & Access priorities for early-stage pipeline assets
• Collaborate with Value & Access, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development & Regulatory Affairs, and Patient Advocacy
• Contribute to payer/HTA requirements understanding and PRO endpoint planning for clinical development
• Support strategic assessment of patient-relevant outcomes requirements for HTA and access
• Ensure payer evidence needs are integrated into clinical development plans for patient access
• Lead cross-functional, asset-specific patient-relevant outcomes strategies informed by disease models
• Manage external partnerships for PRO development, health state valuation, and patient preference research
• Support scientific interactions with HTA agencies and regulatory bodies, including briefing materials
• Shape scientific communication plans and publication strategies
