BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director to drive global market access and reimbursement launch-readiness for oncology/hematology assets across geographies. This role translates pivotal evidence into differentiated access strategies and country-ready toolkits for local affiliates.

You will collaborate with HEOR, Medical, commercial, regulatory, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with affiliates to optimize reimbursement and portfolio value across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Experience in HTA processes and payer systems across key markets.
Experience building global value dossiers and payer evidence with HEOR.
Experience in global or major-market pricing strategy and revenue modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

Develop global market access and reimbursement strategy aligned to pivotal evidence.
Build country-ready access toolkits in partnership with HEOR.
Track access milestones and flag risks to the Director.
Coordinate with regional and affiliate teams on access deliverables.
Monitor pricing, HTA, and policy developments and translate into strategy.
