Encoded Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of HEOR to shape global evidence generation and health economics strategies for gene therapy programs. You will collaborate across Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Medical Affairs to align HEOR activities with regulatory and payer needs.

The role requires leading studies, managing vendors, and ensuring rigorous methodological standards across COA/PRO and economic modeling, with global scope and domestic and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative/scientific discipline with relevance to HEOR.
• Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical industry or consulting.
• Proven track record in study design, observational research, and COA/PRO methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead global HEOR research initiatives and COA/PRO projects.
• Guide evidence generation for regulatory and payer submissions.
• Coordinate with Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, Medical Affairs and Advocacy teams.
• Ensure scientific rigor and governance across proposals, protocols and analysis plans.
