Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director to lead global value, access, pricing, and reimbursement activities across early indications and future pipeline assets.

The role coordinates with HEOR, Medical, Regulatory and Commercial teams to secure timely reimbursement and maximize lifecycle value. The candidate will translate pivotal evidence into differentiated strategies, collaborate with affiliates, and align with governance bodies to optimize access and pricing globally.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate science degree required.
• Post‑graduate science degrees (PhD, PharmD, MD) and/ or MBA preferred with 8+ years in biopharma.
• Experience with HTA processes and payer systems in major markets.
• Knowledge of global pricing strategy and reference pricing modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop global market access and reimbursement strategies across indications and geographies.
• Create country-ready access toolkits with HEOR input and pivotal evidence.
• Support EU JCA strategy and dossier development with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with regional/affiliate teams to deliver access deliverables and training.
