Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 13+ years relevant experience or equivalent; includes 9 years of management experience.
• Significant leadership in international health or relevant contexts.
• Experience in business development, program delivery, and donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for Pact’s global health portfolio with focus on growth, impact, and results.
• Build visibility, relationships, and position in global health among donors and partners.
• Lead strategy development and execution, identifying priorities and plans.
• Oversee health activities, including program delivery and knowledge management.
