Job summary

Pact is seeking a Vice President of Global Health to lead the portfolio’s growth, impact, and innovation. The role reports to the President/CEO and sits on the Senior Management Team, guiding strategic priorities, partnerships, and business development across global health initiatives.

The VP will manage a dispersed team, engage with donors and partners, and ensure scientifically sound health approaches across proposals and programs, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 13+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including 9 years of management experience.
• An advanced medical degree is preferred.
• Significant leadership experience and demonstrated results in international health or relevant contexts.
• VP Global Health is a dynamic, proven public health expert with relevant global leadership experience and passion for Pact's programs and potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for Pact's global health portfolio with strong focus on growth, impact, and results.
• Build Pact's visibility, relationships, and position in global health.
• Lead development of portfolio strategy and execution, including annual and long-range plans.
• Provide technical and organizational leadership across teams and partnerships.
• Lead and manage the global health team and foster a collaborative culture.
