Job summary

Corus International is seeking a Program Manager, LHA and MIHR to join the MOMENTUM team in Washington, DC. This hybrid role requires coordinating across country offices, managing donor requirements, and ensuring timely reporting and results.

You will work with Finance, Grants and Compliance, and technical teams to oversee project execution, manage subawards, and support program development within a global health portfolio focused on lifesaving maternal, newborn, and child health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant international development or global health program management experience.
• Experience coordinating with multicultural teams and multiple partners.
• Strong knowledge of USG and international donor funding mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management across multiple countries and coordinate with country teams.
• Ensure donor requirements, reporting, and compliance across LHA/MIHR.
• Lead project start-up, procurement, budgets, and subaward management.
• Develop deadlines and workflows for awards and project development.
• Prepare high-quality technical and programmatic reports for donors and internal stakeholders.
