Job summary

Corus International is seeking a Director, Data Systems, MERL to join the MOMENTUM team in the Washington, DC office. This hybrid position is based at our headquarters in Washington, DC, with in-office days on Tuesday and Wednesday each week.

The Director leads data systems, milestone verification, data quality, and cross-country MERL activities for LHA, with strong collaboration across country teams and HQ.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health, epidemiology, statistics, information systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant MEL, monitoring and evaluation experience.
• Experience with USG-funded programs and DoS reporting requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead LHA MERL data systems strategy and milestone verification across four objectives.
• Oversee data quality assessments and corrective actions with country teams.
• Manage data dictionaries, dashboards, and data-flow documentation for project reporting.
• Ensure data security and access control; remove PII before sharing.
• Coordinate with central Data Management on platform configuration and standards.
• Prepare quarterly and annual performance reporting inputs for DoS.
