Job summary

SEEK Development, Strategic and Organizational Consultants GmbH is seeking a Project Manager - Global Health to lead client engagements, manage teams, and help grow SEEK’s global health practice. You will shape strategies, manage budgets, and deliver evidence-based recommendations for senior clients in the global health space.

The role requires two deep global health areas, extensive consulting experience, and a strong network across foundations, donors and partners.

Qualifications

• Substantive knowledge in global health areas relevant to SEEK's client base with depth in at least one area.
• Strong consulting skills including structured problem-solving, analysis, and client counselling.
• Proven business development experience, including lead generation and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements in global health, guiding teams and delivering high-quality work.
• Direct day-to-day project management, risk anticipation, and problem structuring.
• Develop talent through mentoring, coaching and feedback, and contribute to SEEK’s strategy.
