Job summary

Corus International is seeking a Program Manager, LHA and MIHR to join the MOMENTUM team in Washington, DC. This hybrid role requires in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with on-site coordination across the LHA and MIHR portfolios, including Mali and other project countries.

You will ensure program results, donor compliance, and timely reporting while coordinating with HQ and country teams. Strong English and French skills and experience with USG funding are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience managing international development/global health programs.
• Experience working with multicultural and multilingual teams.
• Experience with US-based and international partners (NGO/FBO/CBOs, universities and other institutions).
• Strong English and French communications, written and spoken.
• Ability to coordinate program implementation and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage project cycle practices and ensure compliance with PM policies and donor requirements.
• Coordinate startup processes and staff recruitment activities as needed.
• Monitor country-level program implementation, track targets, and manage contracts and subawards.
• Ensure compliance with USG and donor rules across start-up, implementation and close-out.
• Develop deadlines/workflows for new awards and projects and manage budgets and variances.
• Coordinate with grants, compliance, finance and country teams to oversee funds and performance.
