UCLA Health in Los Angeles seeks a Director of Operations for the Global Health Program (GHP). You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff across budgets, awards, and educational programming, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to advance program goals.

This leadership role requires strategic planning, implementing SOPs, managing finances, and ensuring quality in activities from trainee programs to faculty engagements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Substantial knowledge of organizational management and practice and experience with management of complex financial systems, controls and budget processes.
• Experience with developing, implementing, and reviewing SOPs for complex, global educational programming, preferably at a professional degree level.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to supervise a diverse staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage many timetables and responsibilities.
• Ability to delegate, effectively supervise, and plan for timely completion of assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and operational leadership for the Global Health Program (GHP).
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, including unit finances and annual budget, awards and grants programming, and educational programming for students, trainees, and faculty.
• Develop, assign, and oversee workflows and priorities; supervise staff performance and development; establish SOPs.
• Ensure quality and consistency of work products; manage administrative resources; support growth and effective operation of the Program.
• Serve as an operational leader with responsibility for supervision, workflow management, and budget administration across multiple functional areas within GHP.
