Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Public Health, Public Policy, Public Administration, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in health workforce planning, international development, and/or global health.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of USG-supported health workforce data into national systems for policy guidance and investment decisions.
• Coordinate with ministries, donors, and partner organizations to align HRH investments with national priorities.
• Design frameworks and indicators to monitor HRH integration and workforce performance using data analytics.
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and policy notes to inform senior leadership decisions.
