Qualifications

• Master’s in public health, informatics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years designing or integrating health data systems.
• Experience with partner-country health programs or international organizations.
• Familiarity with privacy laws and data security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide TA to strengthen national health data architectures.
• Lead modernization of digital health platforms and data sharing.
• Support governance, QA, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with ministries, partners, and donors for harmonized approaches.
