Job summary

Mercer is hiring a Managing Director/Partner to lead the Employee Experience & Engagement practice globally. This role shapes strategy, capabilities, and partnerships, aligning regions to hit ambitious growth goals through differentiated offerings and advisory excellence.

The leader will drive global client work, elevate Mercer’s perspective on hybrid work and AI-enabled transformation, and build a high-performing community of practitioners across regions.

Qualifications

• Senior consulting or industry leader with 15+ years experience.
• Proven track record of leading in a global, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated wins at the CHRO/C-suite level in advisory and transformation work.

Responsibilities

• Define global practice strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Drive regional P&L and equip markets with stronger offers and materials.
• Engage on strategic global client relationships and advise on workforce issues.
• Evolve solutions with product, data science, and AI teams to embed predictive capabilities.
• Lead the global practice community and build capabilities and certifications.
• Own external partnerships and global initiatives across regions.
• Project Mercer as a visible voice on the future of work and workforce intelligence.
