Job summary

Mercer, the digital arm of Marsh & McLennan, is seeking a Client Partner to lead HR Digital Transformation programs and drive value with Workday and analytics platforms. You will sponsor executive-level initiatives, manage and mentor PMs, and shape governance across hybrid and remote teams globally.

This role emphasizes strategic partnership with HR leaders, data-driven decision making, and delivery excellence in cloud-based HR technologies to accelerate client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management, consulting, or client-facing roles with global teams.
• 7+ years leading HR digital transformation initiatives, preferably Workday.
• Proven ability to lead PMs in hybrid or remote environments and engage C-suite.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills across senior audiences.
• Experience with HR analytics, predictive modeling, and cloud integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of HR Digital Transformation programs aligned with client goals.
• Serve as Executive Sponsor, guiding strategy and presenting to C‑suite stakeholders.
• Mentor and inspire a team of Project Managers across global, hybrid delivery.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and digital workflows for HR tech solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI, RPA, and cloud integrations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
