Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Global Head of Regional People Partners to lead the regional People Partner organization across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will drive people strategies, employee relations, performance management, and governance globally with a consistent employee experience.

You will advise senior leaders on complex workforce matters, regulatory risk, and organizational change, including due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, to support strategic business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People Partner leadership experience in complex global organizations.
• Experience leading People Partner teams and partnering with senior executives.
• Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, M&A and change management.
• Strong understanding of global employment law and regulatory environments.
• Proven success leading transformation, restructuring, or integration initiatives.
• Bachelor degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.

• Lead a global team of Regional People Partners across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Drive alignment and governance of enterprise People strategies with regional relevance.
• Establish operating standards and service delivery models for consistent employee experiences.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and risk management with executive oversight.
• Govern global compliance, policy governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee performance management, talent strategy, and leadership development.
• Lead due diligence and post-acquisition integration for mergers and acquisitions.
